Aventience prices every currently-available district the same way: $1 each, flat. Buy a specific list, a region, or the full current release — your total is $1 × the districts you get. No enrollment weighting, no tiers, and nothing to negotiate.
Size doesn't change the price.
A larger district doesn't cost more. The value in this dataset isn't the size of any one district — it's not having to find, clean, and keep fresh thousands of them yourself. That effort is roughly the same whether a district enrolls 500 students or 50,000, so the price is too.
How your price gets calculated
Tell us the districts, region, or coverage you're after. We'll confirm exactly what's currently available, multiply by $1 per district, and put the order together with you — the same assisted process as any other order. We don't publish a district count or a total figure for "the full dataset" publicly; once we know what you're looking for, your own price is straightforward to work out together.
- No minimum purchase, other than whatever floor a payment processor unavoidably imposes.
- No discounts or promotions.
- Add-ons — districts added to your order later — are priced at the list price in effect at the time of the add-on; districts you already own are never repriced.
- Aventience may change the district list price in future editions; a completed order keeps the price it was charged.
If something's wrong, we make it right
We stand behind the data with a direct guarantee: if you're the first person to report a previously unknown, confirmed material factual error in a district's records, we refund that district's own price from your order. You keep your license and receive the correction either way — the bounty rewards catching something we missed, it isn't a condition of getting it fixed.
- Only confirmed, material factual errors qualify. Cosmetic formatting issues, and a district legitimately revising its own future calendar, aren't errors on our part — those are fixed on the ordinary update cycle instead.
- Only the first valid reporter of a given error earns the bounty. One bounty per error.
- Claims must be made by the first instructional day of the following school year.
- Outside this bounty, we don't offer a general refund after delivery for a change of mind — that's a separate, different thing.
